Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, when the directive to suspend collective training will be lifted.

There is no directive to stop all collective training. Defence routinely reviews training to ensure activity is focused on the highest priorities and delivers the greatest operational effect. As part of that process, training activity is constantly reviewed in-year, with some cancelled or amended as readiness and operational requirements evolve; safety is the primary focus in every case.
