Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, what estimate he has made of the potential annual cost to the UK cement industry of the UK and French proposal for the tiering of free emission allowances under the next phase of EU Emissions Trading.
