Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, what estimate he has made of the cost to the UK cement industry of moving from 100 per cent benchmarked free emissions allowances under the EU Emissions Trading System to 75 per cent of the best in class benchmark.
