Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what steps she is taking to increase patrols and speeding enforcement at accident blackspots on the A19.

This is an operational matter for the police. How they enforce the law, including road traffic law and how available resources are deployed, are the responsibility of individual Chief Constables, taking into account the specific local problems and demands with which they are faced.
