Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, whether she plans to guarantee the number of additional domestic connections that must be provided if the third runway at Heathrow is built.

As part of the ongoing review of the Airports National Policy Statement (ANPS) we are considering whether any changes are required to the existing position on domestic connectivity. We plan to consult on any changes to the ANPS by the summer.
