Question to the Department for Education:

To ask the Secretary of State for Education, if she will publish all direct awards provided by the Student Loans Company under s41 of the Procurement Act 2023.

All direct awards are routinely published on Contracts Finder, available at: https://www.gov.uk/contracts-finder and the Find a Tender Service, available at: https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Search.
