Question to the Department for Education:

To ask the Secretary of State for Education, whether Capgemini have been contracted to support the development of the Student Loans Company Target Operating Model.

Capgemini have been contracted to support the Student Loan Company’s (SLC) in the development of their new Target Operating Model, developing a number of design options to underpin SLC’s organisation-wide transformation programme, Enable. A competitive procurement was carried out via Crown Commercial Services (now GCA) Management Consultancy Framework (MCF3) – Lot 3.

SLC received 15 Expressions of Interest, 7 suppliers submitted an Ethical Walls statement and 6 bids were received. This award was published on 6 June 2025.
