The Department does not hold data on the impact of the agreement on exports, imports, investment and employment specifically in Essex and does not conduct economic modelling of potential future impacts of trade agreements at sub-regional levels. The Department published an ex-ante Impact Assessment that estimates potential long-run impacts of the UK-India CETA for the East of England region, which includes Essex. There are no sub-regional modelled estimates of potential future long-run impacts.
