Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, whether banning indoor vaping inside pubs is Government policy.

The Government is currently considering responses to the consultation conducted earlier this year on extending smoke-free places and introducing vape-free and heated tobacco-free spaces and will set out the next steps in due course.
