Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what policies, instructions and guidance govern the creation, retention, review, correction and removal of named restrictions, warnings or notifications concerning civilians in Defence visitor-management and access-control systems.

Given that one of the hon. Member's constituents currently has ongoing legal proceedings against the Department regarding these matters, it would be inappropriate to provide a response to these questions at this time.
