Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, outside a national-security vetting process and before any application to visit a Defence establishment has been made, whether biographical characteristics relating to nationality or origin, including country or place of birth and citizenship history, may be treated as a sole, material or contributory factor in creating a precautionary restriction concerning a civilian.
