To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what the (a) average and (b) longest time taken has been in the last 12 months for a decision maker to determine whether capital is disregarded under regulation 75 of the Universal Credit Regulations 2013; and whether his Department plans to introduce a target timescale for such decisions.
