To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what steps she is taking to raise public awareness of the environmental impact of littering, including through campaigns aimed at people outside educational settings.

National Highways works in partnership with local authorities and anti-littering organisations to raise public awareness of the costs and environmental impact of littering. National Highways will be working in partnership with local councils to drive behaviour change with signage at litter hotspots and through media campaigns.
