To ask the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, what estimate she has made of the proportion of the UK's (a) electricity, (b) heat and (c) transport demand that will be met by renewables by 2020.

In the National Renewable Energy Action Plan, the Government set out a plan to deliver 30% of electricity, 12% of heating and cooling, and 10% of transport fuel from renewable sources by 2020, in line with the legally binding target of 15% final energy consumption from renewables by that year:
