Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what steps she is taking to ensure the Hunting Act 2004 is fully enforced.
This question was answered on 27th June 2017
The police have stated their commitment to enforcing the Hunting Act. Enforcement is an operational matter for the police.
It is therefore a decision for individual chief officers how and in what manner they will respond to hunting issues.
