Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, what assessment she has made of the potential impact of changes to employer National Insurance contributions and business rates on the viability of pubs, restaurants and hospitality venues in towns such as Stockton, Thornaby and Yarm.
