To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what the average time taken by his Department is to provide applicants with a written statement of reasons since a revised DLA Disputes Resolution Service process removed the reason for decision from the MRN.

This information is not readily available and to provide it would incur disproportionate cost.
