To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to the Answer of 13 July 2022 to question 32523 on Visas: Applications, for what reason writing to the hon. Member for Easington on visa application GWF064124251 would compromise (a) GDPR and (b) safeguarding rules; and when he plans to write to the hon. Member for Easington about that case.
