Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what assessment she has made of the potential impact of the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022 on the right to protest.

Furthermore, the Secretary of State will lay before Parliament a report on the operations of changes to Part II of the Public Order Act 1986 made by the PCSC Act two years after their commencement.
