Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many restricted patients were released from hospital into the community in 2025 by (i) index offence group and (ii) index offences of (a) murder, (b) manslaughter, (c) rape and (d) sexual assault; and how many of those were conditionally discharged.

The specific information requested could be provided only at disproportionate cost.
