Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to the press release “New strategic partnership to unlock billions and boost military AI and innovation”, published on 18 September 2025, which element of the Digital Targeting Web will be provided by Palantir.

Palantir products are currently used in the defence digital and data ecosystem, and this is expected to continue in some form. However, no decisions have been made on future consumption of Palantir products and services for the Digital Targeting Web. The process for industry to engage with the Digital Targeting Web is via the Challenge Book (Digital Targeting Web Challenge Book 2026 - GOV.UK) which runs a fully open and transparent assessment and selection process for potential candidate products.
