Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, whether Residential Property Tribunal decisions relating to Empty Dwelling Management Orders prior to 2013 are available on any tribunal database.

There is no comprehensive database of pre‑2013 Empty Dwelling Management Order decisions.
