Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, pursuant to the Answer of 14 May 2025 to Question 50910 on Electronic Tagging: Contracts, how many of Serco’s 14 contractual key performance indicators for the Electronic Monitoring Field and Monitoring Service were met in each month from May 2024 to the most recent month for which data is available.
