Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, pursuant to the Answer of 8 May 2025 to Question 49785 on Electronic Tagging: Contracts, whether the performance review referred to in that Answer assessed Serco against all 14 contractual key performance indicators or against the reduced set of four applied during the transition period; and for how many months in total was Serco formally assessed against the reduced set.

The Department can confirm that the answer provided to PQ 49785 on 8 May 2025, assessed Serco against all 14 contractual key performance indicators and not against the reduced set of four applicable during the transition period.

Serco was formally assessed for a total period of 18 months against the reduced set.
