Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, of the prisoners released early in September and October 2024 with a tagging requirement who were not tagged within seven days of release, how many were subsequently (a) arrested, (b) charged, (c) convicted and (d) recalled to prison, in each case for a new offence.

The information requested could only be obtained at disproportionate cost.
