Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many individuals identified by HM Prison and Probation Service as unmonitored despite an active electronic monitoring requirement have been arrested for a further offence since January 2025, broken down by offence type.

The information requested could only be obtained at disproportionate cost.
