Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, pursuant to the Answer of 11 June 2025 to Question 53631 on Electronic Tagging: Standards, what the outcome was of the audit and quality assurance process; how many of the 10,438 cases were duplicates or errors; and how many were untagged.

The information requested could only be obtained at disproportionate cost.

The Department continues to work with the Supplier to ensure that the most up to date and accurate data is available in published statistics.
