Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:
To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what the distributional impact is of options for reforming the Council Tax banding system.

The government has not announced any reforms to the council tax banding system. It therefore does not have any assessment of the distributional impacts of any alternative systems.
