Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, with reference to the reduction in the time limit for bringing a judicial review in planning cases to six weeks implemented by the Government on 1 July 2013, how many judicial reviews of planning decisions were successfully brought (a) prior to and (b) after the reduction of the time limit in each year since 2013.
