The optimum caseload of a work coach in Live Service is dependent on a number of factors, including the level of customer support required and the demographics of the surrounding area.

In Full Service it is too early to assess what the optimum work coach caseload will be. The service continues to develop iteratively, with claimants able to increasingly self-serve and interact with their work coach on-line.
