Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to page 12 of the Memorandum for the Ministry of Defence Main Estimate 2023-24, published on 23 May 2023, if he will clarify what HQS refers to in relation to the (a) £143.7 million and (b) £103.6 million transferred from his Department to the Single Intelligence Agency.
