Question to the Northern Ireland Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, what discussions she has had with the Northern Ireland Executive on arrangements for the return of non-UK nationals to prisons in their country of origin.

I have not had any discussions with the Northern Ireland Executive on arrangements for the return of non-UK nationals to prisons in their country of origin.

These are matters for the Department of Justice Northern Ireland.
