To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, what EU directives related to his Department's responsibilities are awaiting transposition into UK law.

The Department of Culture, Media and Sport is currently transposing the following Directives:

Network information Security Directive - by Summer 2018

Broadband Cost Reduction Directive - by July 1 2016

Directive on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data by competent authorities for the purposes of prevention, investigation, detection or prosecution of criminal offences or the execution of criminal penalties, and the free movement of such data - by 6 May 2018
