To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, how many successful prosecutions there have been under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 in each of the last five years; and if she will make a statement.

The number of successful prosecutions under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 in each of the last five years can be found in the tables attached.
