Railway Stations: Ribble Valley

Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, whether his Department has made an assessment of the viability of reopening Chatburn railway station in the Ribble Valley.
This question was answered on 5th July 2016
In line with our localism agenda, it would be for the local authority to consider whether a local rail scheme such as re-opening Chatburn station was a priority for them.
