The Home Office collects data on the number of firefighters resigning to take up employment outside the fire and rescue services in England or due to harassment and discrimination. There may be other reasons for firefighters to resign. The available data is published in Table FIRE1111: https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/562347/fire-statistics-data-tables-fire1111.xlsx.

The Home Office does not publish this data by individual fire and rescue service.
