Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many and what proportion of case outcomes recorded on the Common Platform were added between the hours of 6.00pm and midnight in each of the last 21 months.

In the period from September 2020 to April 2022, on average, results entered onto Common Platform from 18:00 onwards represent 1.76% of all results.
