Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what steps her Department is taking with UK Visas and Immigration to (a) increase capacity and (b) reduce bureaucracy in Tier 4 student visa applications during the covid-19 outbreak.

The Home Office has alreadypublished guidance setting out a range of temporary concessions for Tier 4 applicants and sponsors, in order to mitigate the impact of Covid-19 on them.
