Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, when her Department plans to issue guidance for Tier 4 students on visas that have been extended to 31 May 2020 but are unable to leave the UK by that date.

The exceptional provisions outlined in the Covid-19 guidance for students, are being reviewed regularly. We will review the Covid-19 extensions prior to 31 May and will publish information on Gov.uk prior to this date.
