The Home Office collects and publishes statistics annually on the number of hate crime offences recorded by the police in England and Wales, broken down by monitored strand in the ‘Hate Crime, England and Wales’ statistical bulletin. The latest available data, covering the period 2011/12 (when the data collection began) to 2018/19, can be found in ‘Table 2’ of the data tables, available here: https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/hate-crime-england-and-wales-2018-to-2019
