Question to the HM Treasury:
To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, when the Permanent Secretary of HM Revenue and Customs plans to respond to the points raised in the letter from the hon. Member for Birkenhead of 15 November 2016 on tax avoidance and recruitment agencies.

The Chief Executive of HM Revenue and Customs responded to the letter on 7th December 2016. A copy of the response has been placed in the House of Commons library.
