Test results are returned within 48 hours, or 72 hours for home tests by text or email. For the small proportion of results that are returned outside of these timeframes, individuals can contact the Coronavirus Testing Call Centre on 0300 303 2713 between the hours of 7am – 11pm. The call centre can take the individual's details for the result to be investigated.

We are committed to our target of turning test results around in 24 hours.
