I am sorry, but the Department does not hold the information you have requested.

The Department only holds data on the number of pupils in independent alternative provision (AP) that have been commissioned by local authorities. This is available in the Schools, Pupils and their characteristics Statistical First Release which can be accessed at: https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/schools-pupils-and-their-characteristics-january-2017.
