Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, if his Department will allocate additional funding to the relevant local authority to support the mental health of people affected by the Grenfell Tower fire.

I refer the rt Hon Member to the answers today to Questions UIN 441 and UIN 443.

Other support announced by the Government includes a £5 million Grenfell Tower Residents’ Discretionary Fund to help pay for the immediate financial needs of those affected, which we will keep under review
