Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what steps he is taking to ensure the safety of technicians working with electric vehicle technology.

The Health and Safety Executive, in February this year published guidance (http://www.hse.gov.uk/mvr/topics/electric-hybrid.htm) for both people servicing and repairing these vehicles and those involved in roadside recovery, including the emergency services.
