Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what his policy is on involving those affected by the contaminated blood scandal in the recently announced inquiry.

It is important that those affected are involved and the Government will now consult with victims and their families in order to ensure that their views are fully considered in deciding the most appropriate style and scope of an inquiry.
