Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what measures are in place to ensure that people deported under Operation Nexus have an opportunity for legal challenge.

All deportation decisions, including those pursued under Operation Nexus, adhere to existing legislative requirements with regards to the service of those decisions. Those requirements are contained within the Home Office Enforcement Instructions and Guidance and include the provision of standard notice of removal at Chapter 60, available at the following link:
