Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what estimate he has made of how much the administration of (a) the discretionary support scheme and (b) the stage 1 hepatitis C special appeals mechanism will cost for people infected with contaminated blood in each year from 2015 to 2020 Spending Review period; and how many full-time equivalent staff will be employed for the administration of that scheme.

No such estimates have been made.
