Social Security Benefits

Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, if he will instruct the Social Security Advisory Committee to undertake an independent review of (a) the operation of the benefit cap since April 2013 and (b) proposals to lower the benefit cap to £23,000 per year.
