Defence has made it clear there is zero tolerance to sexual offending. When a person is convicted of a sexual offence their discharge is mandatory.

The requested information is published at the website of the collection of Official Statistics on Murder, Manslaughter and Sexual offences in the Service Justice System: https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/sexual-offences-in-the-service-justice-system. Worksheet 1 of the associated data tables provides information on Service Police investigations into offences contrary to The Sexual Offences Act 2003, by year, Service Police force responsible for investigating, and investigation outcome.
